Chad plays a key role in guiding the firm’s strategic direction, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. Outside of work, Chad is a devoted husband and father. He and his wife have two boys who keep them active. Chad enjoys playing hockey, hunting, golf and other outdoor activities. One thing he takes pride in, is supporting his sons in their own athletic pursuits.
