Helker & Crawford Constructors, LPDavid Helker is a founding partner of Helker & Crawford Constructors, LP, bringing over three decades of construction industry expertise to the firm. A 1993 graduate of the University of Florida, David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction and began his career managing diverse residential, commercial, and institutional projects across Florida. Early in his career, David held key project management roles with Hallmark Builders in Orlando and Perry-Parrish Construction in Gainesville. His portfolio during this time included significant work for public agencies such as the Florida Board of Regents, the Florida Department of Corrections, and the Federal Bureau of Prisons, overseeing projects valued up to $28 million. In 2001, David relocated to Texas and partnered with Nathan Crawford to establish Helker & Crawford Constructors. Since then, he has played a central role in the firm’s growth and reputation, leading the construction of numerous large-scale commercial developments. His project experience includes over $800,000,000 of completed Industrial, Institutional, Commercial, Retail, and Office projects David’s leadership, attention to detail, and dedication to quality continue to drive the firm’s commitment to delivering exceptional results for every client.
